Join us on Sunday December 3, 2023 for a special general meeting (SGM) in Saskatoon. This in-person meeting is a policy resolution meeting only. We will be firm about starting at 1 pm and ending at 5 pm. (Resolutions not voted on can be submitted another time.) Venue to be announced to accommodate expected number of people.

We require 20 members in good standing to make quorum. Please confirm your planned attendance at this SGM by replying to this email and more detailed information will be provided.  

As it is critical to give members an opportunity to discuss the proposed resolutions, we are hosting a Zoom meeting on Sunday, November 12 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
