Jim Elliott, a downtown Regina resident, is a dedicated community leader with a passion for the three pillars of community, i.e. protecting the planet, helping people and strengthening democracy.

Working for a number of environmental conservation groups, Jim has helped spearhead efforts to protect natural habitats and promote biodiversity in urban and rural locations. With his work with many community organizations including the Al Ritchie Community Association and Friends of the Regina Public Library, Jim brings his passion for improvement of, and access to, the full range of our public services.

As the voice for Elphinstone-Centre, Jim Elliott will be even more effective in shaping Regina's and Saskatchewan’s sustainable future and helping to ensure affordable housing and equitable community planning.
