Please join us on August 12th for a workshop with Chris Alders on the Kings North Methodology for election campaigning.
Chris is an executive level campaign strategist and organizer with experience in Canadian and American politics with a proven track record of leveraging resources to achieve overall strategic objectives. Chris holds a degree in political science from Brock University and 2 political science degrees from Acadia University and has worked as the campaign manager for the Green Party of Alberta, as head organizer for the Green Party of Nova Scotia, Atlantic Canada organizer with the Green Party of Canada and with election outreach with the Alberta Federation of Labour.
We are pleased and honoured to be able to have Chris join us to host a workshop on building election success for the Saskatchewan Green Party as we embark on our strategic plan for the party. If you are wanting to help the Saskatchewan Green Party grow and help us build a winning Green party in Saskatchewan to stand up for the issues that matter to people in our province then this is an event you will not want to miss.
The morning will be the lecture portion of the workshop with the afternoon devoted to applying what we learned by going out and talking to the public. (Business casual attire is suggested for the public facing portion of the workshop).
We are suggesting a ticket price for this event of $20.00. $10.00 of this would be applied to a membership and the remaining $10.00 would go toward covering the costs of holding the workshop. If you are already a member of the Saskatchewan Green Party no membership fee would be involved but we would encourage a donation to help cover event costs.
This event is designed for members of the Saskatchewan Green Party and for those who are wanting to become members.
If you any questions about this event or need further details please contact our party organizer, Monty Loree.
